Software Technology Parks of India (STPI), an autonomous society under Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Govt. of India has been set up with distinct focus to boost up Software export from the country.
STPI-Gurugram is the 11th jurisdictional directorate that has been playing a significant role in promoting IT/ITeS exports from Chandigarh (UT), Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan and Jammu & Kashmir. Over the years, STPI-Gurugram has played a significant role to promote the region as a preferred IT destination and act as single window agency for IT/ITeS industry by putting new milestones in IT exports from the states.
In FY 2022-23, STPI-registered units under STPI-Gurugram jurisdiction contributed Rs. 53,004.31 crore IT/ITeS/ESDM exports.
